Hyundai is willing to make full use of the Veloster’s unconventional design that mixes hatchback with coupe lines and the carmaker has displayed an example of the car at the famous Harrods department store in London in order to do this.
Since the British capital is assaulted by tourists during the Olympic Games, the Veloster sitting in Harrods’ display will certainly receive a lot of attention. The move is part of a bigger Harods exhibition project, which uses the “Korea Loves London – Innovation and Technology 2012” name and also includes robots, interactive screens and automated home appliances.

“We are very proud to be part of the ‘Korea Loves London – Innovation and Technology 2012’ activity in such an iconic location. Like everything in Harrods, the Veloster has been designed to be stylish, great value and of the highest quality,” said Hyundai’s managing director, Tony Whitehorn.
