About a year ago, Hyundai took over the 2012 SEMA Show with their crazy Elantra Coupe Zombie Survival Machine, a vehicle designed by Robert Kirkman, none other than the creator of "The Walking Dead" comic book.
Now, the South Korean automaker has revealed yet another zombie fighting vehicle, this time based on the the Santa Fe mid-size SUV. Chosen out of 82,500 fan-made submissions, the Santa Fe Zombie Survival Machine was envisioned by Anson Kuo and constructed by Galpin Auto Sports.

The vehicle that will be unveiled on the New York Comic-Con show floor on October 10 features urban camouflage, knife blades, an automatic crossbow, razor-wired windows, three machine guns, a samurai sword, aluminum armor and a muffler silencer.

“We love Anson Kuo’s take on this Santa Fe Zombie Survival Machine – it’s creative... and deadly,” said Steve Shannon, vice president of marketing, Hyundai Motor America. “With help from the popularity of The Walking Dead franchise, Hyundai continues to expand the conversation around Hyundai vehicles with young and passionate audiences.”
