Hyundai has created a music album with some of the biggest names in K-Pop music in order to promote some of the Automobiles it sells in Europe. The songs draw inspiration from the the all-new i30, their best selling car in Europe, the new i40, designed specifically to target the European D-segment and the 1+2 door Veloster coupe.
The Veloster also forms part of the album’s artwork, sharing the cover with the recording artists. The established stars on the album include BoA, Jessica from Girls' Generation and Taemin from SHINee, who worked together to create music inspired by three of Hyundai’s newest models, according to the automaker.
“As K-pop continues to reach new levels of popularity, we are very happy to be involved with such a dynamic and vibrant music scene. This innovative collaboration, the first of its kind for us, demonstrates the ‘new thinking’ and ‘new possibilities’ that are at the heart of the Hyundai brand,” said Mark Hall, Marketing Director of Hyundai Motor Europe.
All we want to know is why there’s no Gungnam Style dancing involved.
