Browsing the list of manufacturers that already confirmed their presence at the 2013 Tokyo Motor Show, a small detail caught our eye. It seems like BMW will be unveiling a brand new car at the show hosted by Japan's capital city.
The list the event's planners posted online shows exactly how many cars a manufacturer will be bringing, which of them will be Japanese premieres and which will be world premieres. Guess what? BMW has a world premiere planned for next week.
At first we thought it was the MINI Cooper's launch that was ranked as a world premiere but after finding out the British brand was listed separately, with its own premiere noted, we started thinking about the hybrid 4 Series confirmed for the 2013 LA Auto Show.
Other possible candidates could be the M3 and M4 models but they were announced for the Detroit Auto Show in 2014, whilst the X4 Concept is still testing around the Nurburgring so it's less likely that it will be unveiled at this time.
Of course, at the rate BMW has been launching cars lately, we could expect anything but our bet is on an ActiveHybrid4, the first Coupe hybrid from BMW. For information about other manufacturers, check out the attached pdf.
