Husqvarna Relocates HQ, Doubles Staff in the US

The North American division of Husqvarna recently announced several changes for 2011, including relocating corporate headquarters to Corona California, bringing new management on board, as well as expanding staff members. This investment is aimed at making Husqvarna a leading off-road motorcycle brand.

"We aim to make the Husqvarna ownership experience more inclusive," said National Marketing Manager Corey Eastman, in a statement for the press. "We are excited to get to work building the Husqvarna brand of the future. Please join us for an amazing ride!"

Leading the new team is Kris Odwarka, who took over as Husqvarna NA President in December. Odwarka has worked for BMW in various positions in Europe and the States, which will enable Husqvarna to access more easily BMW’s competitive advantages including financing, distribution, sourcing.

Revelle Harrison joins the Husqvarna team as National Sales Manager from KTM, and will be leading the company’s established dealer sales team.

Former professional motocross racer Andy Jefferson is also part of Husqvarna’s new management team as the National After Sales Manager, coming with a vast knowledge for managing service, parts, projects and customer relations.

Finally, Corey Eastman, the new National Marketing Manager, will be taking on all marketing, product development and racing activities effectively immediately.

As said, Husqvarna is also doubling the size of its staff, allowing the company to react more quickly. "We will be able to play a more active role in the marketing and selling of motorcycles by keeping the Husqvarna brand top of mind among off-road motorcycle enthusiasts," said Odwarka. "The job of not only meeting, but hopefully exceeding your needs is being taken on by a new management team."
