Husband of Bobbi Kristina Brown, the only daughter of the regretted famous artist, was arrested Thursday morning after a terrible crash in Georgia. Nick Gordon clipped a curb while trying to change lanes causing the car to overturn and then smash into a fire hydrant. Officers have retained the driver for suspicion of Driving Under Influence.
The accident happened Thursday morning and was pretty serious considering the BMW SUV he was driving flipped in Roswell. According to a statement made for the Daily Mail, Roswell police said preliminary investigations show the 25-year-old and his best friend did not sustain any serious injuries.
Police believed Nick was under the influence and he was arrested and charged DUI Less Safe, Failure to Maintain Lane, and also Driving With a Suspended License. Brown’s husband was taken to Roswell Detention Center and remains in custody.
There were a lot of controversies brought up when the two announced they’ve married last year, considering fans always saw Nick as Bobbi’s brother. Rumors were late Whitney Huston even adopted him as he was always around the family and associated as the star’s ward. But after the duo made the news, Kristina told her Facebook fans: “let me clear up something, we aren’t even real brother and sister nor is he my adoptive brother. My mom never adopted him. In fact, mommy was the one who even said she knew that we were going to start dating,”
As to car accidents, it kind of runs in the family. Bobbi Kristina also had some car problems, narrowly missing injury in November 2012, after losing control of her new Camaro outside her unit complex. The car was entirely damaged.
