People are starting to mix Pokemon Go with "performance" driving and the freshest example of this comes from the piece of footage at the bottom of the page. Spoiler alert: this has to do with hunting Pokemons on the Nurburgring.
The adventure comes from two car aficionados. The first is Boosted Boris, the comrade who spends a lot of time on the Green Hell and Dale Lomas, a man who almost lives out his entire life on the infamous German track, as he drives a Ring Taxi, among others.
With Boosted Boris having entered the Pokemon Go realm, he turned to Dale for motorized assistance, so the two ended up hunting the mythical creatures inside the BMW M3 Ring Taxi.
As you'll be able to see in the clip, this makes for the slowest Ring Taxi lap ever, with the Bimmer covering the track in double the time it usually needs for the task. As you can imagine, this led to plenty of drivers passing the Ring uniform M3 and we're wondering what those people were thinking about the snail-paced machine - when such a lap takes about sixteen minutes, something is clearly odd...
Truth be told, we're waiting for this madness to be left behind, as we want to see machines such as the Zuffenhausen halo car and the M3 Ring Taxi being hooned like they're supposed to.
P.S.: Do we have to add the part where we urge you not to try this at home?

Remember yesterday's Porsche 918 Spyder Pokemon Master moment?
Oh well, at least this adventure took place on the track, which can't be said about the car-infused Pokemon hunting episode we showed you yesterday. That saw a pair of players using a Porsche 918 Spyder for playing the game in Beverly Hills. Unsurprisingly, the shenanigan delivered less-than-safe maneuvers at certain times.Truth be told, we're waiting for this madness to be left behind, as we want to see machines such as the Zuffenhausen halo car and the M3 Ring Taxi being hooned like they're supposed to.
