They have a deep rim and brightly polished chrome finish, just like the front bumper of the H2. We hate to point out the obvious, but the Hummer also has Lamborghini-style doors. Therese were popular in the 2000s but have largely gone out of favor due to their ostentatious look and unreliable nature. Heck, not even all the Lamborghinis uses them.
The Hummer brand of trucks and SUVs started in 1992 when AM General began selling army Humvees to civilians. However, the project didn't really get off the ground until 1998, when General Motors bought them.
The Hummer came to an abrupt end in April 2010, a year after the General Motors bankruptcy announcement. A remaining lot of about two thousand H3 models had to be heavily discounted so they would sell, and losses could be diminished.
We hated it while it was around, but we miss it now that it's gone. So how about it GM, now what SUV sales are better than ever, can you bring back the big H?
