Hugh Grant's Ferrari F12 Tour de France Has Awesome Pun Intended License Plate

Any Ferrari F12 Tour de France is an astounding creature and yet, even in this exclusive scenery, some TdFs are more special than others.

Maranello itself has assured of this by offering a delicious array of personalization options, from little details to stripes. Nevertheless, we're here to show you one of these 770 hp (780 PS) Ferraris, which comes with a custom status thanks to something more than the bits mentioned above.

First of all, we have to tell you this Prancing Horse belongs to Hugh Grant. The Cloud Atlas actor's Fezza has recently been spotted in London (lens tip to The Stradman for the pic above) and this makes for a good occasion to talk about its license plate - as you can notice, this is the type of pun intended plate.

Returning to the TdF body decorations mentioned above, the dark, transversal stripe we see here reminds us of the Rosso Corsa heritage stripe we met on the LaFerrari we showed you a while back.

Those of you not following the world of celebrity cars should know the British actor's vehicle choice shouldn't come as a surprise. For one thing, Grant used to own a California and has even paid a visit to the Maranello mother ship back in 2010.

Sure, the Cali isn't exactly the best choice when it comes to Prancing Horses, but at least it help the Ferrari passion grow and, with the F12 TdF, it's safe to say the actor has got things right (Ferrari is only building 799 units, remember?).

That is how we ended up with the... rather unusual (to say the least) Ferrari interview we added below. Allow us to throw in a little quote: "I'm very attracted to beautiful women and beautiful cars and cats. To me those three things all have the same... sort of appeal." And this is the safe for work part of the story, but you'll find the rest in the video below.
