Tiny holes exposed to the elements sounds like the perfect recipe for a blockage. Dust, impurities or even chalk deposits from water can enter and block tiny holes like the windshield washer nozzle on a Toyota Camry.
It’s a common problem that can affect other models as well, but fortunately there is no rocket science behind the process of unblocking the nozzle.

Simply grab a needle or something like that and jam it into the blocked nozzle. Also try to rotate the needle inside to make sure any impurities on the interior will be banished.

If there are two nozzles feeding from the same source, block the functional one with the needle and actuate the system. This way pressure can build and all the washer fluid will need to come out the blocked nozzle, squirting away any dirty stuff inside.

However, the method is not suggested for nozzles that apply a fine spray on the windshield, because the hole is way smaller than a needle and you will widen it.
