No, it’s not a typo, the 23-year old footballer truly stole his own truck. When D.J. Swearinger went to the local tuning shop to pick up his upgraded truck the other day it appears the bill was too big for the sportsman to face so he simply got in his car and drove away without paying. Folks at the auto shop later tried to contact him, but seeing nobody would react, they filed a police report.
The Houston Texans selected Swearinger in the second round, with the 57th overall pick, of the 2013 NFL Draft.
