Back in the days of the old Top Gear (no, not the initial TG), the show taught the world to fear blondes while lapping the Nurburgring. The years have passed and Sabine Schmitz is no longer a TG presenter, but a host (here's Sabine at the Ring earlier this week). So the time has come for another blond to take over the Ring as an amateur.
Meet Bianca, a girl who drives her VW Scirocco like she stole it. And she's totally entitled to do so, since the two-door Vee-Dub packs all the right assets for the track, with the list of mods including a rollcage, a lightweight battery, a stripped-out interior and a shifter that just as cute as it is functional, as well as plenty of other goodies.
We've added a few of Bianca's Instagram photos below, so you can get a good taste of this driver's life. However, none of the details visible in these images would be as cool without her mighty driving.
As such, the clip below shows us the Rocco Girl, as friends call her, in action. The footage was capture from inside a Nurburgring Wolf's car (follow the link if you're not sure what a Ring Wolf is).
We can see Bianca flying in her VW Scirocco and, for instance, passing much quicker cars whose drivers don't dare take them to the limit. And, thanks to the brilliant dual camera setup of the track-pressed SEAT Leon Cupra camera car, we can check out the Rocco Girls both as a leader and as a follower.
As for the machine around Bianca, her Instagram photos prove that she can also be happy with lesser Vee-Dubs and that she can handle her own car work.
P.S.: Did we mention Bianca enjoys Minions - everybody working on a track car needs a team of assistants, right?
