The gorgeous 2012 Touring Superleggera Disco Volante was one of last year's Geneva Motor Show stars and we even gave it the Hottest Car Award.
The Italian coachbuilders seem to have liked the attention as well since they're coming back to Geneva with a new version of this styling exercise, teased, to our grief, with only one photo.
The 2013 Disco Volante will be unveiled the Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione frame and technology, as well as a 4.7-liter V8, also depicted in this somewhat inviting teaser image.
"It took only ten months since the decision was made to complete the whole engineering, development and manufacturing cycle. Many parts of the new body are made in carbon fibre, adding aesthetic and structural value to the traditional hand-beaten aluminium panels", said the Milan-based company in their press release.
Last year's Disco Volante made our knees weak and we aren't expecting anything less in two weeks.
