Horacio Pagani Promotes Huayra by Drinking an Espresso

Despite being one of the most exciting cars on the road (probably), the Pagani Huayra has still not made as big a mark as its much more successful predecessor, the Zonda, the car which put the exclusive Italian automaker on the map. Now, though, they are fighting back, with a surprisingly slow-paced promo video.
Instead of the classic fast driving shots, drifting around corners and generally being a hooligan behind the wheel of the Huayra, they have chosen a different approach - showing off the awards won by the car this year, as well as the positive feedback coming from members of the motoring press, who got a chance to drive it.

They even use the company’s founder, Horacio Pagani, as a brand image. He is shot going into a rather expensive-looking restaurant (or pub) and drinking an espresso, from a Pagani-branded cup - it may be a cliche, but it somewhat suits the image they are trying to create for the car.

Still, this highly-flattering video will most likely not be enough to get the Huayra noticed more than it currently is, and it while we like the general idea of the car, and would like to see more of them on the street, Pagani need to be aware that the new car will most likely never match the success of its predecessor, the car which put them on the map.
