Do you know what Japanese cars and Matryoshka Dolls have in common? Wait, you thought there is nothing on this Earth that could connect the two concepts? Well, why didn't you say so, we would have showed you the following video earlier.
Before risking to become weird, we'll just tell you that the video we are talking about is part of Honda's new TV advertising campaign named "Great Thinking Inside."

Alright, but what's the connection to Matryoshka Dolls? Well, Honda doesn't seem to lack creative people in their marketing department. In the video, Honda Prelude, del Sol, Element and other cars wearing the H on the hood embrace the Russian-nested-doll fashion.

Maybe Honda wants to inject some nostalgia into our systems with this one, but their point is that one good idea leads to another, and this is what the advertisement wants to pass on.

Everything is wrapped up by Sammy Davis Jr.'s "Gonna Build a Mountain" soundtrack, which truth be told, fits the commercial like a glove. Also, there's some PR talk from Honda accompanying the clip.

"The vehicles in ‘Great Thinking Inside' are iconic Honda models that demonstrate our evolution of thinking, while ‘Give and Take' illustrates our dedication to innovations, and we're proud to continue this track record with the all-new HR-V," said Jeff Conrad, senior vice president and general manager of Honda Automobile Division of American Honda Motor Co.

Yes, there's a second commercial to be aired, but this one is human-oriented and teaches us about the fact that it's difficult to get everything just the way you want it. Without further ado, feel free to watch the two commercials below:
