The Chinese market is starting to mature, and the world’s manufacturers are starting to differentiate their product lineup there, targeting increasingly differentiated customers. One such automaker is Honda, who has pledged to show two concept cars at the 2012 Beijing Auto Show.
These will soon also head into production for the Chinese market. The white-on-black shapes of the teased cars closely resemble the new Civic hatch and Accord sedan, though some changes are evident here and there.
Later in 2012, Honda will also launch its hybrid models, the CR-Z and Fit, onto the Chinse market. Also shown in Beijing will be a range of Accura luxury models and the NSX Concept that will see production in 2015.
