Few people get to realize the true potential of vintage motorcycles, no matter how mauled they may be. While some of the old bikes happen to really look dull, some of them have awesome character which simply needs passionate restoring.
It's the case of this 1978 Honda CB-750K, a cafe racer bike screaming the vintage styling, with its low handlebar and curved rear cowl, fluid shapes and boasting a true racing spirit. This bike was offered as a giveaway at the Barber Vintage Motorcycle Festival, after receiving custom parts form various workshops and being restored to its former glory by Dime City Cycles for the Iron & Air promotion.
Legendary Motorcycles came up with the amazing bodywork and racing-themed paint, Cone Engineering took care of the 4-in-1 tapered stainless steel exhaust, while Progressive Suspension provided the damping.
The racing red accents make a very nifty contrast with the shiny black paint of the Honda CB-750K. The Dime City Cycles and Iron & Air magazine gave away this fine bike and made someone really happy. Via choppershotz.
