Honda Australia to Be Present at Farm World 2010

Honda Australia has just announced that it will be present again at the Warragul’s Farm World exhibition, taking place in Lardner Park from March 25 to 28 this year. The company will display Honda vehicles, motorcycles, ATVs, marine engines, power equipment, generators and farming equipment.

The 2010 CR-V will be available at the Honda stand, where the visitors will be able to see the car’s new styling. Honda also says that the car has been improved in terms of handling, special accessory packs and (lower) prices. The safety features have also been improved, with the CR-V benefiting from front, side and curtain airbags in standard form across the entire range. The CR-V is now quieter, while a new light interior colour has been added as well as two new exterior colours – Urban Titanium and Habenero Red.

Another interesting presence at the Honda stand will be the Civic Type R Rally Car, fresh from the first round of the Australian Rally Championship in Tasmania. Driver Eli Evans and co-driver Glen Weston were placed fourth overall in three days of racing. The next round is in the Busselton and Nannup regions of Western Australia.

Alongside the display, Honda will also feature an ATV demonstration track and an area for tiller demonstrations to showcase the products in Honda’s range.

The not-for-profit organization Evolve will also be present at the Farm World with the aim to inform people about their work in the local community. Evolve are the recent recipients of a loaned Honda CR-V, under the ‘Honda Heroes’ program run by The Honda Foundation, Honda Australia’s charitable arm.
