Honda has yet another five-star car to boast with in its lineup, as the Series II Captiva 7 SX diesel was bestowed with a five-star safety rating by the Australasian New Car Assessment Program (ANCAP).
"We’ve been very confident in the Captiva’s safety credentials, particularly after the Chevrolet Captiva range was awarded a top five star rating from EuroNCAP in October,” Holden’s Vehicle Structure & Safety Integration Manager, Steve Curtis said. “But it’s great to know that yet another Holden has earned the highest Australian safety rating."

This achievement comes as a result of the Series II Captiva’s six airbags – driver, front passenger, front side and curtain airbags, and the standard Electronic Stability Control system incorporating anti-lock braking, electronic brakeforce distribution, brake assist, traction control and active rollover protection.

Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s. He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
