In case you thought that NOS (new old stock) is a thing for audiophile vacuum tubes, guess what: it's not. Unit 1 Motorcycles in Suffolk (scroll down to find it), England is selling an 1992 Honda VFR750R-K, also known by its racing name RC30.
This V4 beauty is the machine Fred Merkel rode to double World Superbike titles in 1988 and 1989, and is a highly sought-after collectors item. This RC30 has 0 km on it, and comes in a perfectly streetable package, license plate holder and lights, with the original paddock stand and tool roll.
It goes without saying that this Honda is a real jewel of an incredible rarity, as it comes in perfect condition, on both the mechanical and the aesthetic sides.
The price is not unlike the heritage of the Honda RC30: Unit 1 Motorcycles has it listed for GBP39,995. That makes for $66,015 or €48,270, so this is not exactly the cheap Honda some maybe expected.
