Hispania Racing F1 Team has become the penultimate team to unveil their 2011-spec single-seater, even though the whole thing happened via an online photo shoot. Actually, the images of the new HRT F111 were computer-generated, but it did help us make an idea on how the challenger will look like when it will hit the track, most likely during the last pre-season test in Bahrain.

To be honest, the car seems like a logical progression of its 2010-spec predecessor, with Geoff Willis and Paul White being the men in charge with the new design.

The F111 represents a significant step forward for Hispania Racing. We have made a big improvement for starting our second season in Formula 1 and what you see in our new car confirms Hispania Racing's commitment to F1,” announced team principal Colin Kolles in a statement.

In addition, the Romanian-born team boss confirmed that the new car will feature the adjustable rear wing, but not the Kinetic Energy Recovery System (KERS).

We feel really proud of the car our drivers will run this forthcoming season,” added team boss Jose Ramon Carabante. “(...) We are very pleased to introduce the first spec of the F111, which means a huge design-effort from our side. This is only a first step as we are planning several updates during the season.”

The team also revealed its preliminary 2011 livery, with Tata Motors being the only sponsor whose logo is present on the car. Several other ares of the Daniel Simon-designed livery feature “This could be you” logos, meaning the color scheme will certainly suffer some changes in the weeks to come.
