Hey Daddy, Want to Race?

Despite not having a V8 engine, 20-inch wheel, racing stripes or a big wing on the back, the modern day Fiat 500 has achieved this sort of cult status and can be called a future classic. There isn’t a single line on this car that’s out of place, and the retro styling never dilutes the practicality.

However, there’s something wrong with this picture created by Frederic Baque. The idea and the execution are both brilliant, but is that the right car for daddy? Isn’t the little 500 enthusiast better off growing up with the notion that his papa drives the coolest of Abarths instead?

Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s. He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
