Hertz Adds BMW Z4, Lotus Elise and Exige to Fun Collection

Car rental company Hertz announced today the addition of no less than three models to the Fun Collection in Europe, to meet the demand of the most demanding on their customer. As a result, you may cruise European cities behind the wheel of a rented BMW Z4, Lotus Elise or Exige.

"Hertz is committed to building a fantastic Fun Collection for those who enjoy driving something a little bit different. Whether you're celebrating a special day such as a wedding or a birthday or simply fulfilling the dream of driving a glamorous car, there's definitely something for everyone," Michel Taride, Hertz Europe president said.

The Z4 will be offered in Spain's Fun Collection in Madrid, Barcelona and Malaga. The cost for renting one is 121 euros per day on rentals of one week.

The two Lotuses will be available in Italy, but for fees/day which exceed a month's average wage in some East European countries: 458.54 euros.

And if that is not enough, the rental company will also release a limited edition pink Fiat 500 at its centers in Netherlands. The Fiat in question, launched earlier this year to celebrate Barbie's 50th birthday, will be offered to willing customers for much less than a Lotus: 35 euros a day.

Hertz assures its customers that all the cars in its Fun Collection are make and model reservable, meaning the car you see and book is the one in which you will drive away.
