Here's an Electric Helicopter for €300,000

You may have heard of the Japanese company Hiribo, if you are into model helicopters, as they specialize in making unmanned miniature choppers driven by electricity. However, now they’ve moved on and have created the real thing - an electric helicopter which is capable of carrying one passenger.
It is called the Hirobo BIT, and it was recently unveiled at a local airshow, in Japan. It features two counter-rotating rotors and controls you would normally expect to find strapped to a desk, for playing flight simulators. However, this means that the act of flying the BIT is far simpler than operating a helicopter usually is, so if you have €300,000 to spend and want a unique toy to impress your friends, as well as go to the pharmacy late at night in no time at all, then it is definitely for you.

It has a top speed of 100 km/h (60 mph), and has a range of 30 minutes. With the first test flights expected to take place next year, it should hit the market by the end of next year, or in 2014.
