John Hennessey, the owner of the US tuner with the same designation, certainly has a sense of humor. We did know that, but the man recently offered us another sample of his humor. Hennessey recently got to play like the big boys do: on an airfield, pitting a Lamborghini Aventador against a Mercedes SLS AMG Roadster.
Even a child can tell you that 700 hp with four-wheel drive is much better than 563 hp with rear-wheel drive, but Hennessey wanted to see see is a head start (actually he tried more versions for the distance between the supercars) can save the German from being eaten alive by the Italian.
The video above allows us to see the two cars drag racing, with the first run including a side-by-side standing start (the Aventador was not allowed to use the Launch Control function).
