Hennessey GT 70-215 mph Acceleration Video Is Pure Adrenaline

The automotive industry has tried for many years to find a succinct way of describing a car’s performance on paper. There have also been many years since it failed and we’ve been having to do with the 0 to 62 mph, top speed and maybe in-gear acceleration info alone.
However, the Youtube era we live in is now offering us a much better instrument for this. Yes, it’s a video and it only shows straight line performance, but it does have a way of doing this that will take your breath away.

Before you watch the aforementioned video, which shows a 70 (113 km/h) to 215 mph (346 km/h) acceleration, you have to know that the speedometer you see on your screen belongs to the Hennessey GT, which is basically a Lotus chassis with a Corvette ZR-1 engine pushed up to 1200 hp.
