Hennessey Performance has released a video showing their twin turbocharged 2014 Corvette Stingray HPE700 as it's being tested on the dyno.
Fitted with a pair of ball-bearing turbochargers, an air-to-air intercooler, an enhanced fuel system and a stainless steel exhaust, the tweaked Vette laid down 608 horsepower at the rear wheels on just 7 psi boost while running on 93 octane fuel.

We can't wait to see what this car can do on the drag strip, and we're more than anxious to get some 2014 Corvette HPE1000 action, as we'll be looking at no less than 1,000 twin turbocharged horses fitted under the sportscar's sculpted hood.

But until Hennessey releases more updates, make sure you have a look at the video below. And don't forget to crank up the volume, your ears will be in for a V8 treat.
