Fancy riding your SxS during the winter but you’re not exactly fond of your hands growing numb with cold? Here’s the solution Heat Demon is offering, apparently the industry-‘s first-ever heated steering wheel, the result of more than one year of painstaking development efforts.
The Heat Demon heated steering wheel incorporates a patent-pending Rotational Power Device for transferring current to the heating elements continuously and under all riding conditions. One of the cool (pun intended) features of this new steering wheels is that they are offered as an easy-to-use plug-and-play kit which is fairly easy to install in multiple UTVs.
Customers will be now able to enjoy superior heating thanks to the use of Symytec’s special-design flexible heating elements, which can be installed in the most intricate shapes for numerous applications and whose power rating can be controlled very precisely. The Heat Demon heated UTV steering wheels will be available this fall, for $379.99 (€295). Not exactly the cheapest upgrade for your SxS, but definitely worth every penny once the weather becomes colder.
Heat Demon is also upgrading other product lines, with the new ATV heated grips and thumb warmers being now manufactured in collaboration with ODI Grips. This month, Heat Demon will introduce clamp-on heated grips which will replace the POCO (Push On Cut Off) and Glue On grips. Easier to install thanks to the plug-and-play design, these grips are also introduced at the same price as the existing ones.
Finally, the new Heat Demon seat warmers are equipped with a safety cutoff feature which will automatically shut them off when the proper temperature is reached, making them safer when ran in warmer weather. Check with Heat Demon for more info.
