Looking back through the gift ideas we had, the HeadBlade looks once more one of the coolest presents that won't break the bank and which will also put a big smile on the face of people who use to shave their heads, or, for what's worth, may plan to start doing so.
There is nothing groundbreaking about the HeadBlade ATX, but it is a functional and fun gadget. When it comes to functionality, we'll just say that it works just like your casual Wilkinson or Gilette razor. The fact that you can choose four-blade or six-blade refill cartridges also improves the shaving experience.

On the fun side, the HeadBlade ATX is, indeed, a nice variation of the razor design. Its ATV-shaped body looks fun for both riding and non-riding folk, provided they don't hate the bike/quad world, altogether.

The wheels are more or less necessary, as a smooth "sky" could have worked just as well. Still, there is room for improvement, as HeadBlade can expand their product range with a snowmobile design, which would be so much more suitable during winter time. For the summer, replacing the skis or wheel front-end with a smooth surfboard could also work wonders.

The HeadBlade ATX is also suitable for body and face shaving

HeadBlade ATX can be used for more than shaving one's head, and its manufacturer says it will work just fine with shaving facial and body hair. HeadBlade used to have a product dedicated to ladies in the past, but it looks like they dropped it.

We found multiple reports of ladies who were very happy with the current ATX design, and presume HeadBlade went for an all-in-one approach. Honestly, we don't believe that the ladies-only shavers are SO different from their male-only, regardless of what the marketing BS is trying to shove down the audience's throat.

In the end, the only true way to be convinced about a product is to go and try it. And for $15, the HeadBlade ATX is well worth trying. And remember you also have the stainless steel S4 version!
