While the 2013 model-year may have brought little in the way of ‘new stuff’ from Harley Davidson, with the American motorbike manufacturer only changing minor styling cues and paint jobs on their existing range of bikes, they will be launching a new CVO (Custom Vehicle Operations) bike.
It is called the ‘Breakout’ and it is based on the Softail chassis, with cool additions such as the ‘turbine’ wheels, generous splashings of chrome ,special metallic paint finishes and graphics. Powering the Breakout is a 110 cubic inch (1.8-liter) Screaming Eagle Twin Cam engine which puts out 152 Nm (112 lb-ft) of torque at 3,500 rpm.

Being a CVO bike, it will be built in limited numbers (around 1,900 units) and it will go on sale with a price of around $26,499 (€21,270) and while it may seem steep, what you are getting is basically a ‘super premium’ custom motorbike, built to your specifications by some of the best people in the business.
