Insightful bike blogger Cyril Huze has just got wind that Harley-Davidson is rumored to have advised some of their dealers that no more 2013 CVO Breakout machines will be shipped for a while, with no word on when will the situation return to normal.

At the moment of writing there is no known official recall or press release from the Milwaukee builder, but an official position is expected soon, confirming the rumor or denying it.

In the absence of any feedback from Harley-Davidson or other news coming from either dealers or customers waiting for their bikes, there is little we could tell as of the reason behind this move.

As of late, there have been very few recalls for H-D machines, so the problem might not be a mechanical one. Cyril mentions paint as being one of the potential issues, and some 200 bikes affected, but until further notice, it's all rumors... We'll be back on this as news emerges.
