Harley-Davidson shows a revised version of their acclaimed FLHX touring model, more widely known as the Street Glide. The 2014 Street Glide benefits from all the upgrades brought in by the Project Rushmore, adding to the smoother design and flowing shapes, but increasing functionality and comfort.
The 2014 Harley-Davidson Street Glide boasts the redesigned batwing faring, now reportedly offering less head buffeting and yet retaining the iconic styling. Behind the massive fork-mounted fairing, this bike hides plenty of dash instruments and a Boom Box infotainment system.
A revised, higher-output Twin Cam 103 engine delivers even more power to the Six-Speed Cruise Drive gearbox and makes sure the 2014 FLHX will travel effortlessly even when loaded with a passenger and full saddlebags.
Brakes have also received upgrades for 2014, with the Reflex ABS system now sporting electronically-linked brake force distribution. The saddlebags also changed design and the new latches can be operated single-handed, too.
The new Street Glide comes in 7 base color schemes, but custom options are of course, available, as well as a plethora of accessories.
