Well, don't get all angry with Block is you find this to be way-way-away from the Gymkhana you are used to. If you read carefully the warning in the beginning of the video, you'll notice that this is “actually an advertisement.” So, not yet a Gymkhana video.
The real Gymkhana 3 video will be released later, right after Block decided what crazy stunts and images to mix in an eye-popping way. Here's a little insight on what to expect: 2011 Ford Fiesta, new DC apparel, footwear and accessories pieces and, of course, The Cool Kids.
“In planning Gymkhana THREE, we looked into what made the previous videos so successful and decided that in order to one up the best parts from each, we would need to break Gym3 into more than one video,” Ken Block says on his website.
“Gymkhana THREE: Part 1 builds on the slick, high production aesthetic of Gymkhana TWO, The Infomercial, by actually taking this concept to the next level in creating a full blown music video with the help of hip-hop duo The Cool Kids.”
The official release date of the actual Gymkhana THREE is about as big of a mystery as the actual images we will see together. Judging by the looks of it thought, we should get it in the next month or so.
