Not everyone can afford to buy an M3 even if it’s a second-hand car, and not everyone can wreck it a couple of hours later and take it like a champ. And yet, here we are, looking at a man that does exactly that.
Spectators of the ‘Drift Movement April 2014’ session, held on the Columbus Motor Speedway in Ohio, earlier this month, were in for a treat the other day when they witness just the above described situation.
A guy who had just bought an LCI E90 M3 took it for a spin with 3 of his friends on the aforementioned circuit, to show everyone just how well that rear diff and the V8 engine under the bonnet go together.
Unfortunately for him, things didn’t go exactly as planned and he managed to somehow hit a huge tractor tire on the grass. Even though we still can’t figure out what was the purpose of that huge chunk of rubber over there, it doesn’t really matter right now, does it?
The car was badly trashed on the rear left quarter but nobody got hurt in the process, thankfully. One thing’s for sure: the cost of repairing that ‘dent’ will surely be eye watering. Even so, props to the driver that was a real trooper and didn’t start crying!
