Gumpert Apollo Enraged Unveiled in Geneva

For this year’s Geneva Motor Show, German supercar manufacturer Gumpert came with an even uglier version of the Apollo. But this time, the car is also black to hide the horror, and has the brutish strength to defend itself when attacked.
The Apollo Enraged, seen here in a video shot in Geneva by Youtuber alexsmolik, is powered by a 4.2-liter V8 that has supercharged to 780 horsepower. This racecar for the road comes with gullwing doors and an engine cover to impress passers by, and was designed to cater to the Asian market.

We’re not sure what you’re supposed to do with a car that has a huge wing and a racing diffuser on the road, but reports suggest Gumpert will be three of these, so presumably three people want them.

Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s. He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
