Despite the tech advancements in the paint industry and the extra possibilities brought about by the wrap segment, there are still plenty of gearheads who believe Ferraris should only come in one color. Well, the owner of the 488 Pista looking us in the eye here is certainly not a part of the said camp.
This track special comes dressed in what Maranello calls Grigio Medio. We're looking at the kind of understated color that creates the opposite effect when adorning the mesmerizing styling cues of a machine such as the Pista.

And you should know that the said hue covers quite a bit of real estate: it isn't just used for the body panels, but also adorns the wheels (no carbon wheel option here).

Then again, this Ferrari isn't 100 percent finished in an understated color. That's because the 720 horsepower toy comes with purple stripes, albeit with these coming in a different form compared to the usual Pista stripes.

"What about the interior?" I hear you asking. Well, it seems that grey and purple have also made their way into the cabin of the Italian exotic we have here. And yes, the proportion is the same, which means the interior finish is a sight for sore eyes.

As the Prancing Horse lovers among you are well aware, configurations like the one we have here are created with the help of Ferrari Tailor Made, the company's customization department.

This Italian machine has recently landed in the UK, so yes, we're looking at a right-hand drive toy. And you should make sure to use the swipe feature of the Instagram post below, at least if you're willing to enjoy the complete eye candy delivered by this 488 Pista.

Nevertheless, those of you who are looking for a livelier spec might be pleased by this Signal Green example.
