Green Motion Expands Operations in Mexico

Green Motion car and van rental today announced that it has innaugurated a new Mexico location in Monterrey, catering for the transportation needs of the city and the Monterrey International Airport. The move comes after the company has sucesfully expanded its business in the country.

The new location is the 13th Green Motion rental point in Mexico joining futher sites such as:
  • Chihuahua International Airport
  • Ciudad, Juarez International Airport
  • Reynosa, Tamaulipas International Airport
  • Saltillo, Coahuila International Airport
  • Torreon, Coahuila International Airport
  • Zihuatanejo, Guerrero International Airport
"The opening of Green Motion in Monterrey marks a significant milestone in our expansion throughout Mexico. Our network is steadily developing South with us now focusing on opening branches in the very near future in Mexico City and Cancun adding to our already significant coverage of the country," said he Founder and Managing Director of Green Motion Rent a Car, Richard Lowden.

Green Motion Mexico allows customers to rent low emission vehicles from a growing range of automakers, including General Motors, Nissan, Volkswagen and Hyundai.

"The opening of Monterrey allows us to offer or corporate and leisure customers a greater degree of personal service and access to environmentally friendly vehicle rental," said Green Motion Mexicoís Director General, Sergio Ochoa.

The Green Motion franchise has received interest from multiple parts of the world, including rance (including Paris, Lyon, Toulouse, Chambery, Reims and the Bordeaux region). North America (Texas, New Mexico, New York, Chicago, Florida, California, Washington, Arizona, Nevada, Michigan and other destinations.
