Many people who have spent time behind the wheel of the LaFerrari, have described the feeling as being some sort of beefed-up 458 experience. I've always said the 458 is like contemporary Ferrari essence. But how would Gordon Ramsay describe the 950 hp hybrid?
I can hear imagine him now, screaming in excitment "this is like Prancing Horse Carpaccio!" But why am I thinking about the famous chef sampling Maranello's halo pony?
Aside from my mother being a huge fan of Ramsay's recipes, he was reportedly spotted driving a LaFerrari in London and it's been said this is his LaFerrari.
The rumor mill is boiling on the topic and we've reached out to Ramsay in order to ask for confirmation on the matter.
Until we receive an answer from him, car spotter Thomas M, who snapped the adjacent image, claims the chef was in the carbon driver's seat when the photo was taken. Moreover, he also says Ramsay owns the hypercar.
Over the years, he has acquired about fifteen Ferraris. Given his... effervescent character, this seems natural. For instance, Ramsay was offered a personal tour of the Maranello factory back in 2012, with the man ordering an F12berlinetta subsquently.
Among other Ferraris he's enjoyed, we have the 458 Italia and 550 Maranello, with his wife Tana sharing his supercar passion.
If this story is officially confirmed, I'd like to see Ramsay's reaction to some Manettino "CST OFF" sideways moments in this Grigio Silverstone-finished LaFerrari.
UPDATE: Ramsay has posted a few pics of the Grigio Silverstone LaFerrari on his Facebook page and you can see these in the gallery below (the two pics on the right). First of all, the chef mentions the personalized inscription on the bottom of the steering wheel, saying "I've gone all electric La Ferrari DONE !". A gastronomical reference couldn't be skipped - "The Electric part even toasts your bread quickly...." - while Ramsay also describes his first trip. While he hasn't officially confirmed the acquisition, these clues look pretty convincing.

Anybody who's been following the Scotish cheff closely could've expected this. It's no secret that the temperamental Ramsay is a massive Cavalino Rampante fan.Over the years, he has acquired about fifteen Ferraris. Given his... effervescent character, this seems natural.
