Since its debut in 1993, the Goodwood Festival of Speed has become the main meeting place for all types of race cars, ranging from F1 single-seaters to the most powerful dragsters.
This year's edition made no exception to the rule, and the spectators gathered in West Sussex, England witnessed both modern and classic racers, including the Porsche 917K, the "Moby Dick" (Porsche 935/78), an Alfa Romeo Tipo 33 TT and even a Chaparral 2E.
NASCAR, America's number one motorsport series, also had a few representatives, including an older Chevrolet Monte Carlo and the 2013 Toyota Camry, the first foreign vehicle to battle Ford and Chevy in the Sprint Cup.
