Ferrari’s best - the beautiful LaFerrari, was just delivered to him after a long wait and a huge sum dropped in the Italian automaker’s bank account. Yet, Ian Poulter’s love affair with motor vehicles is insatiable and luxury carmakers know that. This is probably why folks at Lexus’ marketing department decided they’ll lend the golf player a new RC F Sports Coupe for the week.
The British pro golfer has previously been ranked as high as number 5 in the world rankings, yet he hasn’t been winning much lately. Sure, that doesn’t stop him from keep spending the big money on his one big addiction: cars. Well, not just cars, the most powerful, expensive and performant rides they make.
The 39-year-old golfer definitely got out attention the moment Ferrari delivered the very first Tailor Made car in the US, a white FF with custom interior built to Pulter’s exact specifications. He chose a Sabbia triple-layer livery for his FF with the interior in black Poltrona Frau leather and tartan, a characteristic of his new collection. The boot in carbon fiber and high-tech fabric sports several elements from the world of golf. At least, that’s what the Italians were claiming back then.
You see, golf is for the well-heeled fellows or at least that is what it stands for when it comes with the ones kicking that little white ball in the hole, to the stars. It’s only natural for luxury car makers to choose the best to promote their cars.
Good, now back to our regular lives.

The @Ferrari 275 GTB/4 is coming on very nicely. Restoration job is looking good. Still a long way to go though. pic.twitter.com/MDoCrUWGJd
