With all the stories about wrecked exotic cars we've been writing recently, we feel tempted to say "here's your chance to own a Lamborghini Gallardo!"
This just in from the English city of Liverpool, where a Lamborghini Gallardo has just been crashed into a wall by an "f-ing idiot." Those are the words of the guy filming the video, not ours.

One moment he thinks he's filming a regular supercar spotting video for his Youtube channel, the other he hears the sound of a crash.

We have no idea what happened, since the video doesn't show the exact moment of the crash. But we can see the Gallardo Spyder hit something on its front right side and is leaking coolant. Seeing that he is about to get mobbed by people or maybe worried about what the police are going to say, the owner of the car quickly flees the scene of the crash. There's no clear report of what happened, but we have little doubt the authorities will learn about what happened on Duke Street in Liverpool’s city centre.

According to our information, this is a Gallardo LP560, which was originally white. Since 2014, it has been wrapped in a chrome-golden that will need to be re-done after the bodywork is sorted. It's still a 560 horsepower convertible supercar, but it won't be able to do 0 to 100 km/h in 3.7 seconds or 202 mph until that fender is fixed.

This type of chrome wrap has gone down in popularity over the years, but it costs about £5,000 to do professionally because the material is expensive and difficult to work with. As for the car itself, you can pick one up for about £100,000. But if you'd like to know what it's like to live with a second-hand supercar, check out this report about the old Audi R8.
