Gold Chrome-wrapped Bugatti Veyron Owned by Flo Rida Looks Grotesque

If we had one penny for every abominable vehicle owned by people involved in the music industry, we would have enough money to buy a Bugatti Veyron and get it wrapped in gold chrome.

Just kidding of course. We'd rather have a shiny restomod Camaro. And don't put the gold chrome Veyron on our account, because Flo Rida is the one that came up with the idea. Now don't get us wrong, there's anything wrong with the Bugatti Veyron. The car ain't pretty if you ask us, but to wrap it all up like that is plain disgusting.

This "museum piece" was created with the help of the "go chrome or go home" guys over at Metro Wrapz and was placed on a set of 24 karat gold-plated Forgiato wheels. Because... reason. Lucky for us, WrappedWorld found this and we were spared the horror of having to stumble upon it without a warning.

But hey, this is Flo Rida we're talking about here, the same guy who wanted money flying around at the beginning of its "Club Can't Handle Me Know" video, probably to cover that Lamborghini Murcielago and protect it from dust or something.

We can't say much about the car in question, but we hope this chrome-wrapping trend will come to an end. I mean, the Veyron is a marvellous piece of engineering that shouldn't receive the same treatment as the average donk. However, that's our opinion and for various reasons, it doesn't resonate with what others think.

In any case, we think exotics should be let in their stock shape, maybe with a few subtle changes at most, but not more. As for the Veyron, it will be discontinued in 2015, but until then Bugatti will want to add more limited editions under the hypercar's belt. Truth be told, we prefer those in the detriment of horrifying tuning works like the one below.
