The Buick Encore compact crossover is destined to cater to the transportation needs of North American Customers, while Europeans get the Opel / Vauxhall Mokka. In addition to that, Chevy’s incarnation of the vehicle, the Trax, is set to arrive at the Paris Motor Show. So, class, is everybody here? Holden, there you were!
The Australian carmaker won’t miss this trip, as GM recently announced that it will produced a Holden Trax, which is set to land in Australia in the course of the current year. The company has released the adjacent rendering, which allows us to see that, except for the badges and the front grille, the car will be unchanged.

GM has decided to do so thanks to the fact that it sees the small SUV segment as being on a boost (in the US, sales have gone up 57.3 percent from last year).
