Globalization Problems: Zongshen RX3 or M1nsk TRX 300i?

Remember the M1insk TRX 300i small-displacement we showed you few days ago? It looks like the old Belarusian manufacturer is making the bikes in China, as Zongshen shows the more spartanly-named RX3 bike... which is pretty much the same thing.
Taking a look at both bikes will instantly cause your eyebrows to rise in confusion, just like it happened to us. The final question is "who is who, after all?"

Is M1nsk selling rebranded Zongsheng machines, or is the Chinese manufacturer ripping their industrial customer off and copying their machine? Sorry to say it, but the Chinese have only done this on so many occasions...

Until enough people get these bikes and put them through the usual ordeals enduro-touring motorcycles usually have to withstand, there's no way to tell whether they're worth considering as a small-displacement, entry-level alternative.
