It always eludes me what causes some fellows to skip the basic safety precautions when riding a motorcycle or even scooter for the first time.
The chances that a complete newbie to riding messes up and crashes are simply so high that even the most optimistic guy should expect the new rider to make a mistake and come off the bike.
And when the first contact with the bike also takes place in an area with all sorts of kerbs, walls, poles and pillars, fences and whatnot, it seems like literally asking for something bad to happen.
The fact that the girl in this video did not return a bloody smile with all the front teeth broken and a fractured jaw is pure luck, as she missed the concrete pillar by inches. As for her boyfriend or whatever he might be, he's even dumber: no, she's not a natural rider, instead she could have become a natural victim.
