There are some carmakers that have never heard of styling and some that just so over they only make bedroom-wall worthy material. Can you guess which category Italian design house Bertone falls into?

This car is called the Nuccio concept and it turned heads by the thousands in Geneva. With really long overhangs, a roof that looks like an armadillo’s back and stop lights like jet afterburners, it doesn’t really belong in the real world. But that won’t stop 12-year old from drooling over it in magazines.

Named after founder Giovanni Bertone's son, the Nuccio was created to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the design company based in Turin, Italy. It has an elongated shape and an almost flat windscreen.

It looks like some sort of 80s concept, without the modern materials and revolutionary paint finishes you see nowadays. In some places, that orange backbone looks a bit rough as well. The people who like this car definitely still listen to Guns & Roses or Poison.

Bertone did not detail the underpinnings of the car at all, but it’s probably based on an old Ferrari, most likely the 430 by the looks of things.

Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s. He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
