The God of Wind is on the Geneva Auto Show floor as of today, and our team on the scene decided it should be among the first models they shoot live right from the scene. The latest Pagani super car, a model so exciting it's hard to describe, photographed in the flesh... How's that for a start of the week?

The Huayra, a model with which its creator intends to make history on more than one continent, is a mix of exhilarating Pagani design and some carefully chosen Mercedes power. Under the hood of the super car lies a 6.0l Mercedes-AMG V12 Bi-Turbo, capable of developing 700 horsepower.

That's enough, reckons the creator of the model, to push it to a top speed of, well, unclear yet. Pagani is yet to properly rate the car as far as performance figures are concerned, but we have no doubt that when they come out, those figures will not be less impressive. After all, not just any car makes it into Need for Speed Shift, now do they?

"This automobile is the result of five years of dedicated effort from the Pagani team and we see this as an unprecedented opportunity to continue expanding our vision of the future for the supercar industry," said Horacio Pagani, the man behind all the super car ideas coming true.
