Gene Butman Ford dealer in Michigan, US, is throwing a second-hand 2013 Ford Mustang Boss 302 Laguna Seca under the hammer, hoping to get around $200,000 for it.
“Why would I pay so much on a Mustang?” you will ask. Well, this particular Mustang Boss 302 Laguna Seca has an interesting history. Owned by Ford’s marketing department, the car was used a lot for product photography before going into the press fleet, so the model can be seen in many auto-related magazines. Thus, being so famous, Butman is asking $189,999 for this Boss 302 star. Numbered as MP 001, it is also the pre-production model.

The car has only 4,190 miles (6,743 km) on the odometer, but judging that it was used by the press, it is most certain that most of those miles were done with the pedal to the metal, going sideways on the track. It was serviced recently and it still has its original 3-year/36,000 miles warranty. All it needs is a buyer who can pay for its fame.
