Revered brake components manufacturer Galfer announces their newest addition to the line of Kawasaki products, the oversized front rotor kit for the KLR 650 models.
The new rotor is a 320mm one and is provided with a relocation bracket, a pair of green pads, steel braided brake line and all necessary mounting hardware.
The Galfer Oversize Rotor Kit adds serious stopping power to the Kawasaki KLR 650 bikes manufactured between 1988 and 2012 and is the largest aftermarket option which can be installed on these bikes with no modifications made to the fork. The new Galfer rotor is available in these two part numbers: KITOS50 (’88-07) and KITOS51 (’08-12).
As a funny detail, Galfer adds: “The KLR Oversize Kit was designed and developed through rigorous use, both on an in-house project bike and on Galfer employees’ personal KLRs." The Galfer Kawasaki KLR 650 Oversized Front Rotor Kit retails for $289 (€214).
