G05 BMW X5 Body Kit by Russian Tuner Paradign Looks Cool

The BMW X5 is the darling of the Russian automotive scene, and we can kind of see why. It's tanky, angry, sporty and sexy all at the same time. The Bavarians did a good job with the G05 generation, the new one, and we found a "Soviet" package that's relatively unknown.

The auto shop is called Paradigm and resides in Moscow. Their package for the old F85 made a lot of money, so they needed to jump onto the G05 bandwagon as quickly as possible.

That's what they did with this not-quite-elegant design. This is a simple setup we'd like to call "ground effects," going around the entire body with skirts or spoilers that bring the X5 closer to the road. It's kind of like Need for Speed video game tuning for SUVs.

The package seems to be designed with the M factory in mind, which in this particular case comes in the form of an X5 M50d. Classy choice. At the front, the chin spoiler creates an extra air intake that probably doesn't do anything besides adding to the look. The side skirts have been beefed up as well, while at the back we're working with a diffuser and trunk lid spoiler.

The best pictures we could find of the project have "Prime Detailing" on the number plate, which we think means the X5 has been wrapped for this pearl white look. What do you think?

Obviously, you don't need to have it in white, but that's not the Russian way. And speaking of the Russian way, check out this other X5 M50d drifting on snow in Moscow shortly after it was launched. You don't see soccer moms doing that. The M50d is the one with four turbochargers strapped to a 3-liter to make 400 HP, in case you forgot.
